In over 30 years of teaching, I saw so many children struggle with all the changes and challenges in their move to high school. Which is why I created my 'Get Set For High School' Program.

During the past 10 years, this student workshops have helped thousands of children go from being worried, to being excited about starting high school. And a key part is equipping them with the skills they need to do well in this next phase.

To go with the Parent Talk, parents asked me for a book to help them support their child at home. So here it is!
